Hi Bev,

As of Nov 2010 -- Gladly get you the crawfish embellishment, however we are in Europe designing for the new season and wont be able to ship anything until Feb2011..

Thanks for your feedback, we now put a sticker on all shipments and pay extra to ensure that packages are not bent.

I love your designs. I have bought several at the Scrapbook Superstore in Seveirville, TN. While looking at your online catalog, I noticed that in the cities and states section, you have the wrong shape for the state of Ohio. I think that is Michigan. Please correct it as I would like to have it, but only if it is correst.

I can't say enough good things about the retreat! The house is beautiful, we each had our own 6 foot table to work on, and having the store right there with all of these awesome die cuts was an added bonus. My favorite part though was having Leona come in and cook for us. the food was yummy and we only had to stop cropping to walk to the set table. Can't wait to go back!
